What is verification (KYC) and which documents are required?
When verification becomes available, which documents are accepted, and why your account result is not recorded without it.
The verification option appears in your dashboard once you have passed every challenge stage and are receiving the funded account. You can start the process from that moment.
Your account status — pass or fail — is only reviewed once verification is complete and approved. Until then no result is recorded and the process stays on hold.
Accepted documents
You can complete verification with any of the following documents:
- Passport
- National ID card
- Birth certificate
- Amayesh (refugee) card
- Military service completion card
- Driving licence
Documents must be valid and in date, and must belong to the owner of the user account. Using an unofficial or invalid document, or one belonging to someone else, is a violation.
