At a glance

The first payout becomes possible at the end of the first cycle, with at least 20 active days since the funded account was created. After that, at least 14 active days are needed between each payout.

The settlement cap per payout event

At each payout event, Propia settles up to $5,000 of the account's gross profit, and the trader's profit share applies only to the amount settled in that cycle. Unsettled profit stays in the account and remains tradable.

Example — A funded account with $15,000 gross profit and a 80% share
  • Total gross profit: $15,000
  • Settlement cap for this event: $5,000
  • Trader's share: 80% × $5,000 = $4,000
  • Company's share: $1,000
  • Profit remaining in the account: $10,000

The trader receives $4,000 and the remaining $10,000 stays in the account for later eligible settlements.

Once withdrawable profit is approved, if the amount is split into several parts, each part is settled 20 calendar days apart. This schedule is independent of the account's current payout cycle.

Conditions for submitting a request

  • The account is not in a breached state
  • The required active days are complete (20 days for the first payout)
  • The payout quality rule is respected (a 70% concentration cap)
  • Verification is complete and approved

What can get a payout rejected?

If prohibited trading, manipulation, a KYC problem, payment abuse, fraud or any other serious breach is found, the payout may be rejected or escalated for further review.

A breach after a partial settlement

Any unsettled profit still sitting in an active account is lost if the account is breached. Amounts already approved and paid are unaffected, unless fraud, prohibited trading, a KYC problem or manipulation is discovered later.
