1:100 leverage applies to forex only. For metals, stocks and crypto the leverage is considerably lower — meaning a given position size ties up more margin.

Can I use MetaTrader 4?
No. All Propia accounts are created only on MetaTrader 5 and on Propia's dedicated server.
Why can't I open the size I want on gold at 1:100?
Because 1:100 is specific to forex. Leverage on metals is 1:30, so the same position size requires more margin.
